Karina Khimchinskaya SS’2017. Backstage
Within the last season of Moscow Fashion Week a fashion show of Karina Khimchinskaya took a place. It is a famous and star Moscow brand. The story started in 2013, when the first show of the designer was in Jurmala New Wave. The last catwalk showed an unusual approach to the defile: models walk the podium twice, the second emergence was in a special uniform and was provided with a dancing. SAJA by Samir Jamai
On November 26 a space of The Dome in Moscow hosted a private fashion show of the Moroccan brand SAJA by Samir Jamai. The designer presented his collection of haute couture caftans to the audience of the capital and personally talked to the guests before and after the show. Sisters Alice and Julia Ruban presented their new spring-summer collection of the brand. Guests of the show dipped into the a blooming garden atmosphere, where the nymphs walked in flying dresses, transparent silk blouses and light skirts with ruffles. A special emphasis was the outerwear with gorgeous couture decoration — applique, typical for the brand. The show of the Russian fashion designer Alexander Arutyunov took a place in unusual site — Gogol-centre. The collection autumn-winter 2016-2017 was very provocative, but elegant as always, every item of the brand is a good quality and amazing handmade. The dizzying brilliance of embroidered sequins combined with oriental elements of national costumes was boldly combined with fishnet stockings and lace-up leather jackboots. On April 20, the Residences of the British Ambassador in Moscow hosted a presentation of the collections of the most famous hat Russian designer Konstantin Gayday. and British jewelry brand Stephen Webster.
