Big fail of Alexander Wang

The whole
world was frozen up in anticipation of Alexander Wang collection for H&M.
With that someone stopped in delight, and someone is in horror as me.  Not so long ago, an official lookbook the
collection was published on the Internet , causing a huge stir. Scrolling social networks I came across a bunch of suggestions about booking things from the collection. So I realized that the situation needs to be clarified.

Why it is so terrible? Mr. Wong decided to go on the blazed path of Chanel and other giants of fashion and shove trend in sports into the mass-market. All would be fine, but the big name of the designer have decorated all relatively laconic things. Fashionistas can kill me, however the most awful things are the sports bras made with wide bands of elastic and neoprene leggings in black and gray, which are splashed with the designer’s name. Huge logos made the collection ​​tasteless and tawdry.

The collaboration is very contradictory, featuring sportswear and accessories for the budget-conscious consumer, it is still not cheap. The average price – $ 100-200, but we can find some pieces for $ 40-50. However some people interested in getting their hands on Wang’s famous logo will go crazy for this collection. What to take if you just want a thing from Wong? So, I present to you a list of things that have not been spoiled by Mr. Wong: black sweatshirts and hoodies with leather inserts but without any text, jackets for men, women’s platform boots, black leather backpack, black women’s pants. Enough. The motto of the collection: enough is enough.

Alexander Wang debuts hotly-anticipated H&M capsule collection, it is commercial sucessful idea, but from the point view in fashion it is failed. The result you can evaluate on your own. The collection will be available in selected H&M stores worldwide and online 6 November 2014. And we are left wondering whether it was a fail of Wong. Maybe it was a condition of H&M?
